Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics is a binding document that expresses the moral principles of our company. It sets out the rules of conduct and action for the company, its employees and collaborators. 

1. We always ensure compliance with the laws of the Slovak Republic and the countries in which we operate or intend to operate.

We continuously monitor and respond in practice to the legal system and ethical standards of the countries in which we operate or intend to operate. We not only respect the relevant laws and rules, but we also proactively prevent suspicions of any impropriety .

2. Trustworthiness, professionalism and stability are our basic shared values.

We constantly strive to create a safe, creative and stable working environment. We always act professionally and with the highest professional care. We build relationships based on trust, both internally and externally. We cooperate with individuals and legal entities that are qualified and trustworthy. We properly account for all economic transactions. We provide truthful data on the state of our finances. We pay taxes and social security, health insurance and other mandatory payments honestly and on time.

3. Customer satisfaction is our main goal, but never at the cost of violating ethical or legal standards.

We do not tolerate corruption, bribery or unfair competition. We do not directly or indirectly provide or accept any payments or other rewards that would lead to actions contrary to laws or ethical rules. We only cooperate with persons who do not have an apparent or real conflict of interest and whose financial resources come from legitimate sources. We pay attention to information security and data protection.

4. We perceive our social responsibility towards the citizens of the countries, regions, cities, municipalities where we operate or intend to operate.

We strive to minimize the negative impacts of our construction and business activities on the environment and affected communities. We respect the needs and interests of third parties, both natural and legal. We honor the legacy of previous generations and act responsibly towards future generations.

5. We respect the rights and obligations of all our employees. We do not tolerate any discriminatory behavior or actions.

We guarantee equal opportunities for people regardless of gender, skin color, ethnicity, race, nationality, religion or other different characteristics. We do not tolerate harassment or discrimination. We treat the disabled, seriously ill, seniors and families with children in a friendly and considerate manner. In accordance with the law, we recognize the rights of employees to form or join unions.


6. We do not allow the possibility of a conflict of personal interests with the interests of our company. We protect movable, immovable property and intellectual property as our own.

We protect and carefully maintain the movable property, immovable property, intellectual property and trade secrets of our company. No work decision may be influenced by individual, family or friendly interests.

7. We do not tolerate non-compliance with moral principles.

Honoring and adhering to the Code of Ethics is the obligation of every employee of the company. In cases of indication of a violation of the Code, we warn the employee concerned of the unacceptability of his behavior. At the same time, we inform the superior or the relevant director or the director of the Internal Audit Department. Retaliatory actions against anyone who has warned of violations of the Code of Ethics or helped to detect them are inadmissible.
